Plan ahead
During the summer months by midday the temperature is hot, in fact very hot. You must drink plenty.
A great tip is to fill up a number of water bottles and put some in the fridge and some in the freezer. Before you leave your Disney villa and head off for the parks put the frozen drinks in a cool box,available from supermarkets. These will thaw slowly so you will have cold water for most of the day.
When you arrive at the parks try to avoid getting on the first rides you come across, instead go to the back of the park and work your way back this way you should miss some of the big queues
