This stunning fully air-conditioned 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom spacious property situated in beautiful gated community of Solana just a short drive from Disney. 
The villa has a comfortable lounge/6 seater dining area upon entrance, which leads through to the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable family sitting area with large screen TV at the rear.
A 4 seater breakfast table is in the kitchen area. and theJust off the family room you will find the laundry room with washer dryer, w.c. and entrance to the games room with pool table and air hockey and foosball. 
Two sets of patio doors lead from the kitchen/family area to the furnished, covered lanai, pool, spa and view over open land.
There is a safety gate in place at the pool, and the pool is equipped with a night light for late night swimming after a busy day! Pool heat is optional.
A barbecue can be hired from our management company for a small charge. 
The home is able to accommodate 12 guests with the additional option of 2 babies in cots/pack and play.  
There is a king bedroom with en-suite bath and separate shower area downstairs, 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower upstairs, 1 Queen bedroom with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing bath/shower room.
For your conveniance all bedrooms are fitted with a TV.
The villa is a non-smoking environment and pets are not accepted.
