Rent a 4 bed / 3 bath Disney Villa in Orlando on Emerald Island Resort
This luxurious 4 bed/3 bath villa is located on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort just 5 minutes from Disney and 2 mins from shops and restaurants. We are 30 mins drive from Orlando International Airport and under 1 hour from Sanford Airport.
We are situated 5 minutes from Disney & local shops & amenities are just around the corner.Emerald Island is the closest community to the theme parks.
Whilst staying in our home you can benefit from all the facilities of Emerald Island Resort, including volleyball, tennis courts, gym, cyber cafe, bar, nature trails & much more.
The comfortable lounge area has ample seating, 42" Plasma cable TV, Plystation 3+ games.
In the lounge there is a comfortable 3 seat sofa along with a matching love seat.
We now have WIFI internet access. Just bring your laptop.
The villa has 2 master bedrooms, both en-suite.
Both have 22" Flat screen TVs
The home also has 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Both rooms have a 22" Flat screen TV.
All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with Fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and all other usual gadgets. There are also a washing machine and dryer, iron and board if needed.
The pool area has an extended deck, and although not south facing still enjoys the sun all day from early morning.
For your safety there is a fence round the pool and alarms fitted to all doors leading to the pool and deck.
A safe is provided for all your valuables and there is a monitored alarm.
We now have a fantastic games room installed with a billiard table and foosball which should keep the kids happy when spending time in the villa.

Leave Emerald Island Resort and head towards US192 (around 2 miles), here you will find the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine).
For eating out, there is a selection of restaurants and eateries, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.

Got home yesterday afternoon, exhausted!!
Had a great time in Florida, villa was excellent, very clean and comfortable – games room and pool were used by kids constantly.
Directions from Tampa were spot on, straight up the I4 and then we came off on the toll road (417 or 419) and along formosa gdns blvd to Funie Steed rd, took about an hour.
Thinking of going back next year so might be requesting your villa again, will be in touch once flights are available.

Hi Dave,
we have just stayed in your villa for three weeks from Aug 2 to Aug 23. This is our 5th visit to Florida, we have stayed at Solana, 1000 Oaks, Pine hills and Legacy Pk, 6 and 5 beds but we liked your villa the best. Its a great size for 1 family, competitive price and fantastic location and resort.
This year we did the balloon ride, para sailing at Daytona, jet ski at Silver river, helicopter ride, Segways around Celebration and loads more. It was our best holiday ever and that's why we have booked your villa again for 3 weeks in Aug 2012. The managing agents were great, the pool guy was great, the house spotless and the WI-FI fantastic with a 15 and 13 year old daughters into Facebook.
Its a great location with the sunny pool all day, we loved it.

Hi Dave, just back from staying at your villa on Emerald Island. This was our second stay in the villa and we would just like to thank you for making it all so easy. The villa was fantastic, spotless and well equipped with great Wi Fi and play station and a great TV. The pool was fantastic and sunny all day. 30 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes to Disney, Emerald Island is a fantastic resort with great facilities and 24 hour security, fantastic clubhouse and beautiful pool and minutes from shops and restaurants. Many thanks for your e-mail. We had a lovely stay in your house again and sorry for the delay in replying...it is taking us a while to adjust to the real world again!
We had a couple of small breakages, a wine glass and a red plastic tray, but we bought replacements from the Super Target.
Time seems to fly by when you are over there and it is certainly not a restful holiday with so much to do and cram in to your days but your house proved to be a great base again as the house, Emerald Island and the location is fantastic. The boys also appreciated having a tv in their rooms (something we don't let them do at home!), which is a great addition since our last stay.
